It's the second instalment of THE BURGER ADVENTURE! We hit up an old favourite, Burger & Lobster with the sole intention of absolutely stuffing our faces.
My friend Abi, The Boy and I ventured to the Soho branch of B&L. The Boy and I had been a couple times before, but Abi never had the pleasure. We spent the walk from Charing X station describing to Abi this mystical, magical place full of succulent burgers and sweet lobsters.
The restaurant is very straightforward. It is simply burger or lobster with chips, garlic butter and salad for £20.
There are 3 options:

Definitely have a peak at their drinks selection. Some interesting concoctions and specific choices for whether you're having the burger or lobster.
I had the Bergamot Bitters - Bergamot orange, ginger, honey and soda.
We thought the best plan of action was to go for one of each, burger, lobster roll and grilled lobster. Split between 3 of course.

First things first, The Burger.
You can order the burger plain or with cheese and bacon (obviously went with the latter) and they ask you how you want it cooked.
A really great homemade, fresh, juicy burger. It isn't the best burger I've ever had in my life, I prefer burgers that are a bit more innovative with flavours and oozing with different sauces. But quality-wise it was exactly what I wanted.
If you're looking for a really great tasting burger in London, but you're not that into all the weird and wacky flavours and extras most burger restaurants add in, then B&L is for you.
This Burger Adventure is going to be trickier than first anticipated...
Secondly, The Lobster (grilled).
Tender, soft, sweet meaty lobster.
It has this really nice charred flavour and the lobsters are a pretty decent size too. You come equipped with all all tools so don't fret!
Last but in no way least - The Lobster Roll.
A butter soaked brioche bun crammed with the sweetest tasting lobster.
It may look small, but this roll is so incredibly rich, sapid and flavoursome you'll be cradling your food baby afterwards.
Now don't be fooled by this little guy. He's not just some crappy salad garnish they throw on the plate, he's super tasty with parmesan and a sweet balsamic dressing. Make sure you don't overlook him.
My favourite part of all 3 dishes is the garlic butter.
It comes in these little half genie lamps so you can lovingly pour the butter over your lobster or burger and perfect for dunking your chips into.
Best part is, you can just ask for more! Unlimited rich lemon, garlic butter.
Not the best burger about, but I haven't found a better lobster roll...yet. Lobster Roll has my heart and will always be my favourite.
One not to miss!
Queue: We visited on a Sunday around 2pm and we walked straight in. No bookings available.
Price: £20 for a burger is pretty pricey, but £20 for a whole lobster is just unbelievable value!
Ambience: Super chilled vibe and our waiter was absolutely charming.
