The ultimate chewy slutty blondie recipe, oozing with marshmallow and chocolatey goodness.
Slutty blondies - easy to make and a little bit naughty (slightly bawdy name). The sister to the infamous slutty brownie.
Sometimes you just need a sweet pick me up and these little guys will do the trick.
Here is my interpretation of a recipe for slutty blondies!
Preheat Oven: 180 degrees
Cookie Dough Layer:
Let's begin with the cookie dough layer.
Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
Then slowly pour in the flour, mixing thoroughly.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Cookie dough layer complete. I mean, you could totally just stop here and eat the whole bowl of cookie dough. Dessert done.
Now time for the blondie layer.
In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
Melt your white chocolate, and slowly pour into the mix.
Then lastly add the flour.
You should now have your two layers ready to go.
I ran out of baking parchment so I used foil instead. I'd advise using something so it's easy to lift the blondies out of the tray later on.
Evenly spread your cookie dough mix across the baking tray.
Slutty brownies usually have Oreos in the middle, but I didn't fancy these for my blondies so I used Wagon Wheels! One or two may have accidentally fallen into my mouth.
I also added a few spoonfuls of Fluff, for extra marshmallowy-ness (yes that's a word). But you can throw in any chocolate treats, or caramel, or peanut butter...
Finally spread your blondie mix over the top until completely covered.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. I like to take mine out when they are still slightly gooey in the middle so that the sugar becomes sticky and chewy.
Chewy, gooey little squares of heaven.
