A cheater's guide to homemade sausage rolls. I don't know who's got time to make their own puff pastry, especially at Christmas so this is the perfect sneaky snack to whip up for Christmas morning. Or any day of the week!
Preheat Oven: 180 degrees
Roll out the pastry and smoosh (technical word) the sausage meat into the middle of the pastry.
Roll the pastry around the mix into sausage shapes.
Brush the pastry with milk or you can use an egg wash.
Chop into bite-sized pieces and place onto a baking tray. Cook for 20-25 minutes until deliciously golden brown and crisp.
