Need a little snack for the mid-afternoon office dip? Try these roasted chickpeas to stop the hunger pangs this winter.
Preheat Oven: 180 degrees
Coat the baking tray in the coconut oil and heat in the oven until melted. In a bowl coat the chickpeas and garden peas in the salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Carefully take the baking tray out of the oven then pour the chickpea mix into the tray. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a final extra sprinkling of sea salt.
