This recipe can be used with any alternative milk, I'm just really into soya at the moment.
Put the oats and soya milk in a pan and bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Add the maple syrup, fruit and salt. Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency. Serve with more fresh fruit and dark chocolate.
