Procrastination at its finest.
Perhaps one of my more random posts. I found this idea on Pinterest and it turned out to be a perfect hangover/procrastination/timewaster mid-afternoon pick me up. Aka, putting off writing my coursework essay for as long as humanly possible.
Once you've made the cookie dough, roll small amounts into equal sized balls and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Melt the milk chocolate and roughly smash the pistachios in a bag.
Remove the cookie dough pops from the fridge and place the cocktail sticks into each one.
Dunk each pop into the melted chocolate, continuously turning the stick to get an even spread. Then roll the pop into the crushed pistachios and place in the fridge for another 30 minutes until the chocolate has set.
Ta Da! Totally aimless, but delicious.
