This was a first attempt at using chia seeds and I think on reflection I'd make this slightly runnier as the mixture was just a little too thick for my liking. Add some protein powder for a post-workout treat or try some oranges and dark chocolate for a healthier dessert.
In a glass mix the chia seeds and cocoa powder then gradually add the soya milk. Stir in the peanut butter and golden syrup until you have a smooth consistency. Leave in the fridge for 8 hours but ideally overnight, so the chia seeds soak up the mixture.
