Because why wait until January 1st.
Ok so funny thing, those weights in the photos were left in my flat from the previous tenant. And yes, you're right I've never used them. Who knew they'd have a use now - what a great prop. All jokes aside I've been trying to focus on my fitness recently in the run up to Christmas. We all know January 1st we'll be out running, cycling, spinning whatever we can do to shed those Christmas pounds and come January 9th we've given up our new years resolutions. However if fitness and a healthy lifestyle is something you're aiming for in the New Year, why not try these new protein bars from Multipower. Available in four flavours - coconut, berry yoghurt, cookies and cream and of course chocolate. Each bar has 27g of protein so make a great post-workout snack. Like most protein bars and snacks, the taste can sometimes let you down. However these bars do taste like the flavour they're claiming to be. They're not amazing I won't lie but if they have 27g of protein that's good enough for me. Don't reach for a sugary fruit smoothie you're forever seeing on Instagram have a go with these bars and see what you think. I would stress the importance of a balanced diet and a healthy workout as you can't eat a protein bar and magically wake up as Dwayne Johnson...
*Multipower very kindly sent me these samples free of charge.
They're probably one of the better protein bars I've tasted, so definitely worth a try. They're available online and I think Amazon as well. My only gripe is they don't come cheap so have a hunt around for the best deal.
