Celebrating the next stage in my little life.
University's over and I've been mega bummed out about it. I'm now officially an adult and I can't adult. Like what are taxes and pension schemes, seriously?! The good thing about uni is that you meet so many weird and wonderful people but the bad side is they're from all over the place. So now I have a lovely bunch of friends but nobody's near me anymore. Boo. Well the upside to this little rant is that I have officially accepted a job in London (woohoo!), which I will be starting shortly. I'll be closer to friends and working in a crazy, vibrant city that I love. And to celebrate this milestone, the boyf Andy and I strolled to Southbank to grab a bite to eat.

The food market at Southbank is wicked. If you're in the area definitely try and pop along. They have everything from burgers to hog roasts to cakes to salads to BURRITOS! Yes. Uh. Who doesn't love a burrito? And not only a burrito but a Korean BBQ style burrito. Introducing Korrito. Perfectly simple and bursting with flavour. Choose a salad, rice box or burrito. Then choose between pork belly, bulgogi beef or buldak chicken. Then choose kimchi fried rice or white rice. And finally choose your toppings. Catered to your own personal preference and tastebuds! I went for a chicken and kimchi fried rice with aaaaaaall the toppings. These babies are big so work up an appetite running along the bridge before.

VERDICT:
Queue: We visited on a Friday around 6pm and there was no queue.
Price: It's either £5.95 or £6.95 dependent on meat choice - cheap as chips (or burritos)!
Ambience: Pop up stand with friendly staff and decent portions.

So here's to new jobs and exciting new chapters, cheers!

Have you been to Korrito? What are your thoughts on Korean food?
