A foolproof mini dessert, great for catering for the masses.
Now I must admit, I have somewhat of a sweet tooth and I don't really have that mental filter that says, "no Molly, you've had enough." However I understand that some people just aren't pudding people, and hey that's fine! Each to their own. But these mini puds are perfect for a little sweet something after dinner!
Start by melting the chocolate, water and butter together in a bowl.
Then using an electric whisk, whip the cream until peaks form. It shouldn't be runny. Add in the vanilla extract.
Now pour your melted chocolate, water and butter slowly into the cream. Then gently fold the chocolate into the cream.

Ta da! It took about 25 minutes to make. Super speedy puds that are light, fluffy and require minimal effort.
