Joining in the January health kick the cheap and easy way.
January is the time for diets, buying gym memberships we'll use once and stocking up on copious amounts of fruit and veg. But eating clean doesn't have to be expensive or boring. Ryvitas are great for an alternative to bread, high in fibre and super quick to whip up. Here's some deliciously different ideas for Ryvita toppings that won't break the bank:
  • Mozzarella, tomatoes and avocado
  • Cheddar, strawberries and balsamic glaze
