H20h my goodness.
Being healthy can be expensive. Let's face it, we live in a cruel world where a crappy, plastic microwaveable burger costs less than a punnet of cherries. I do try and buy fruit and quite often I'll buy those bags of frozen blueberries and strawberries but I get bored of the same old fruit. And I'm ashamed to say when I get to the bottom of the punnet and there's a couple of bashed up strawberries I'll just throw them out. I know, I'm an awful human being. But here's a cool way to waste less and stay healthy.
Fruit-infused water is just great for you. I never drink enough water and I find it really hard to. Water is so good for you and we don't praise it enough. It's good for hydrating your skin, relieving headaches, and keeping you fuller. Often I find I mistake feeling hungry for thirst, because I haven't drunk enough. My three favourite options are lemon water, mint and strawberry water and cucumber and lime water. You could also freeze the fruit and drop into your water for a cold treat. Or you could pour these into ice lolly moulds for an even colder treat. Use whatever fruit you fancy and give it a good swirl.
Are you a fan of fruit infused waters?
