1 pack of Oreos
Beginning with the caramel sauce, melt the sugar and butter together in a pan on a medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Slowly add the cream, until bubbling.
For the batter I whipped up a simple pancake mix of flour, milk and an egg. Then generously coated the Oreos in the batter.
Heat the oil to 180 degrees. You'll need enough oil to cover the Oreos.
We also fried a couple chocolate fingers, because we can.
Once coated in batter, carefully place the Oreos in the oil using a blanching spoon or something similar. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
