The perfect "hair of the dog" cure for the morning after.
I LOVE a good Bloody Mary! Especially as you can totally make them to suit your own tastes. I like mine to have quite a kick so I always chuck in a tonne of Lea & Perrins and chili powder (I was out of Tabasco).
Pour the tomato juice and vodka into a jug and add the ice cubes.
Add the Lea & Perrins, lemon juice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Give your drink a good stir, yes I'm using chopsticks. I can hear all the mixologists crying out Noooooooo. If you haven't already guessed by now, I'm somewhat of a makeshift cook.
Thirst-quenching, refreshing, energising and makes the perfect partner in crime for a slap up brunch!
