Dairy-free sweet treat.
This recipe could easily be made gluten-free or vegan by using a chia seed egg and flour alternatives.
Preheat oven: 180 degrees
In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients - flour, oats, salt and baking powder then leave to one side. In a separate bowl mash the bananas until they're smooth. Add the milk, beaten eggs and golden syrup to the bananas. Then add the banana mix into the dry mix. Stir in the chocolate chips making sure they're evenly distributed. Bake for 25-28 minutes. Use a toothpick to check the centre comes out clean, then serve.
